60年代のヴェルヴェット・アンダーグラウンドから70年代初期のニューヨーク・ドールズへと続き、その種子から花開いた70年代後期のパティ・スミス、テレビジョン、リチャード・ヘルらのNY PUNK ROCKのロック詩人たち。その背景にも50年代のバロウズやケルアック、ギンズバーグら、ビート・ジェネレーションから連綿と脈打つヒップスターズの詩精が存在していた。規制社会からのニガーたれと叫んだパティ・スミスを中心に、ニューヨークアンダーグラウンド・ロックとビート・ジェネレーションの決して切り離されぬ関係性にスポットを当ててみたいー鳥井賀句

Lead by the 60's Velvet Underground was the early 70's New York Dolls, from those seeds bloomed the flowers Patti Smith, Television, and Richard Hell in the late 70's- THE NEW YORK PUNK ROCK poets. Those routes came from the 50's Burroughs, Kerouac, Ginsberg, where poetic spirits of continuous and undulating beat-generation-hipsters had exisited. Centered around Patti Smith who shouted "Nigger from the Restricted Society", was the inseparable New York Underground Rock and Beat Generation's releationship, where I would like to set my focus on. - Gaku Torii

DARK FUNK SPOT緊急会議、今回はなんと岐阜の山の中で行われました。すてきなキャンプ場で行われたドープなイベント"STYLES SUMMIT"にDARK FUNK SPOTブース出現。限定のハンドメイドT-SHIRTSや、既に廃盤となっているDARK FUNK SPOT復刻ヴァージョンなど配布。しまいには将棋まで飛び出す始末。ようへいくん、えんどうまゆさん、有り難うございました。

This time DARK FUNK SPOT's urgent 'get-together' was held up in a mountain at Gifu. It was a dope event up in a beautiful camp site, where a booth was set up at the "STYLES SUMMIT". Limited hand-made T-SHIRTS, even the re-printed DARK FUNK SPOT limited edition T-SHIRTS, were given out. Japanese Chess was even brought out that night. Wow. Many Thanks to Yohei and Mayumi Endo.
