東京のUTRECHTでディストリビューションは聞いてたけど、そうだ今MONO KULTURは日本語で読めるようになったんだ！これは画期的だ！毎号楽しみにしているこのインタビュー雑誌、是非手に取って読んでみてほしい。

僕がすごく楽しんだ号を紹介すると#01でMR.CがインタビューしているCarsten Nicolaiの号、インタビュアーのレンコが最後は勢い食っちゃってる感じがするWU TANのRZAの号、本人を招いてプレミア上映会を開いたTilda Swintonの号とやっぱり上映会を開いたMIRANA JULYの号。ファッションデザイナーは程度は違えど苦労の内容は一緒なんだとつくづく知らされたDRIES VAN NOTENの号。最近のBLESSの号も普段の思考の軸がずれる感じですごく面白かった。でもぶっちぎりで感動したのはAI WEI WEIの号でこれは何回か読んだし、何冊か買って友達にプレゼントした。すごくお薦めです。

そして来週はGrizzly BearのChris Taylorを招いてのmono.klubと称するいつものパーティー。勿論参加します。皆さんも是非。いいじゃないですか。

「後悔するなら舌かんで死ぬわ」なんて聞いた事ない。キリコすごい！刺さる！ちょっと痛い！でもはまる！「A.K.Y.」あえて空気読みませんもそうだったけどぶっちゃけで歌ってる。さらけ出してるのが気持ちいい。怒りが爆発してるのになんだかすごく共感も覚える。SHINGO西成のビデオもすごかった。めちゃくちゃ生の姿。こんなの見た事ない。なんだかダブルスタンダードが崩れてる。僕はRUMIのファンになった。しかも彼女はクロアチアで今年やってる。彼女全然負けてねー。みんなノリノリだ。すげーーーー！勇気をもらった。気分がいい。どうもありがとう！これから楽しみ。

'i would cut my tongue and kill myself if i have to live with regrets' that's what they are shouting. it's by KIRIKO and RUMI. it sounds FreSh! to me because it's a expression of frustration and anger towards established japanese hip hop scene that also almost represents the country japan itself. Of course there were 'dissing' hip hop tracks before but not like these.

I knew RUMI was singing at the anti nuclear demonstration end of march in tokyo, but didn't pay so much attention till now. i am a big fan of her now. I didn't know she was invited to perform at OUTLOOK festival in Croatia this year. this video shows how it was.

Another rapper i found recently was SHINGO NISHINARI. he is also truly doing his own things. For example, this video is about a red light district in Osaka where he was grown up. i have never heard or seen such a thing in japanese.

it's definitely a new thing for me.
