April 2012, findet eine Vortragsveranstaltung mit dem japanischen Journalisten Takashi Uesugi und dem Präsidenten der Gesellschaft für Strahlenschutz, Dr. Sebastian Pflugbeil, statt. Das Thema lautet: "Die Atomkatastrophe in Japan - Folgen für Natur, Gesellschaft und Gesundheit". Die anschließende Podiumsdiskussion wird von Prof. Eugen Eichhorn moderiert.
