Last weekend Ryo kun who is a chef at french restaurant in paris, was visiting Berlin and stayed at our apartment. He told me some tip how to make good and tasty dressing for salad. Since then, I am addicted to salad with lots of different hearbs inside with the dressing that mixes, wine vinegar, olive oil, walnut oil, Yuzu (japanese citron), soy source. They are so good.
先週末はパリからりょうくんが来て僕らの家に泊まっていた。りょくんは勿論シェフ。おいしいドレッシングの調合を教えてくれた。それ以来僕は色んな種類のハーブを入れた緑だけのサラダにはまっている。そのドレッシングはワインビネガーにオリーブオイルにくるみオイル！に、ゆずにお醤油、塩こしょう。本当においしい。
