I think it was like 1 year later I went out of Japan when I had terrible headache and stomachache that i have never had when I ate at Chinese restaurant in Berlin. It took some time to come to the point Ah! this must be something to do with MSG! This made me realize that if you are away from some poison for some time, your body start to react more extreme than before when it comes into you. Many people don't believe it but it is really true. And now it comes to me again with cigarette. When I go to a bar where people can smoke inside, I will have a heavy and dull head next morning. It is also true. My body now knows passive smoking is very strong. My skin is getting smoother and smoother. I feel so good to touch my back. ufufu. so nice. and I feel extra good today because i think Carsten himself commented on my blog page. ufufu.

確か日本を出てから一年ぐらい経った頃だと思うけど中華料理屋でご飯を食べたら頭痛と腹痛と舌のしびれがすごくて驚いた事があった。舌のしびれは数週間もとれなくて困った。原因は味の素に違いないと思いつくまでにそれからまた少し時間がかかったけど(それを中華料理店症候群って言うのを知らなかった)、それで分かったのはずっと体に摂取していた毒をある期間まったく取らないでクリーンな状態になってから再度その毒を体に入れると、体が異常に反応する。過剰反応というか。みんなに話すとまた洋介さん大げさだなーって言われるけど、これは本当の話。数人のこっちに住む日本人から聞いた事ある。それで今同じ事をタバコで体験している。ベルリンも喫煙バーは珍しいけど、そんな所に行くと次の日頭が重い。体が受動喫煙の重さを知り始めている。しかし肌がつるつるになってきて背中を触るのが特に気持ちがいい。うふふ。そして今日はカールステン御本人からコメントがあったと思われる。うふふ。光栄。
