散歩しに外にちょっと出てみた。
Deep snow. かなり積もっていた。わくわくする。
I wanna ride on it!!! Some years ago, I went to top of the hill ( it took ca. 40 or 50 min.)and came down with the sled. The speed was so high and I have had really fun. 数年前、４０分から５０分くらいかけて雪山に登ってそりで降りた経験がある。かなーりスピードは速くてすごく楽しかった。一歩間違えたら谷に落ちたか、森につっこんでいたのだけれども。。。

On Sunday morning. My husband wake up earlier than me and cooked a potato+pork+leek soup. After this he took me to Augsburg! It was 18 ℃ outside! 旦那が早起きしてジャガイモ、豚、ネギスープを作ってくれた。この後アウグスブルクへ。気温は１８度だった。
Augsburg is a historical city. I took a German history course at the university for 4 years. ( At that time I did not plan to come to Germany! ) So, this city is somehow close to me, even I forgot almost everything... :) I need to check my notes again. アウグスブルクは歴史的な街。学生の頃、ドイツへ来ることはまったく予定していなかったけれども４年間ドイツの歴史のコースを選択していた。だからこの街はなんだか私に近い。。。といってもほとんど覚えていないけど。またノートをひっぱりだして何があったのかみてみようと思う。
Fried pork ´´ Katsu´´. Radish salad+ sour plum sauce, china cabbage pickles. カツ。大根のサラダ梅ソースかけ、白菜の浅漬け。カツには全粒粉のパン粉を使用。お肉がおいしかったーーー。
Pork soup(cooked by my husband), grilled river salmon, radish salad and brown rice. 旦那による豚汁、焼き川鮭、白菜の浅漬け（３日目）、玄米。豚汁には初めて買ったごぼうを使用。マーケットで買ったしいたけもあったのでいれたけれども、これがまたおいしかった！
Detox salad. デトックスサラダ。キノアがおいしい。大好き、こういうの。
My parents took a menu. (incredible!) A salad for my father and a pumpkin soup for my mother. They were unique.
This is my main! Foie gra and a wild duck. It was so tasty but without red wine, its difficult to finish... that means I could´nt finish it...... これが私のメイン。念願のフォアグラと大好きな鴨。でもワイン無しでは食べきれず。。。ってことで残してしまいました。。。
Bye bye Paris...
結婚式の後に両親とパリへ。毎日ほぼ雨。今回は何故だか両親とわかれる時に涙がでてきた。何故だかはわからない。しばらくやまなかった。
It was an accident... white ( porcini and white sauce + pici ) green ( feld salad ) and red (penne arrabiata)! We don´t have the bowls for Chinese noodle...
So, we used a small pot. :) It was quite good idea because the noodle will keep warm. A fried rise was cooked by my husband. It was really delicious!
It was a good idea of my husband to go to Zagreb. We were there just to prepare our wedding and enjoy eating like always. :) I liked the people and this city. ( in spite of knowing only small part...!) I thank my husband! 旦那のアイディアで結婚式の準備をするためにザグレブへ飛んだのはとてもよかった。おいしいものをたくさん食べて。ほんの一部しか知らないけれども人々と街が好きになった。ありがとう！ Dinner on Saturday

Started to work for Koiklub in 2006 as a creative assistant and does so until today. She is active as a mezzo-soprano singer, loves cooking & food, going to concerts and cycling thru whole Berlin.
